Bio: Ken Miyamoto has worked in the film industry for a number of years, most notably as an intern for director Randal Kleiser, as a Sony Pictures studio liaison working directly with major Film/TV productions, and then in development as a script reader/story analyst for Sony Pictures. He is currently a represented and working screenwriter with many studio meetings under his belt (Sony, Disney, WB, Universal, Dreamworks, etc.), a previous development deal with Lions Gate in 2007, and recent studio writing assignments, one of which is currently in post-production.  Ken, his wife Amy and two sons, relocated back to Wisconsin in ‘06 to raise his boys close to family.

Bio:  Lifelong resident of Madison, UW-Madison Alumni, and member of WSF since 2005. Her career has spanned from on-air radio personality, promotions assistant, television copy editor, camera operator, business systems liaison, to human resource professional. She’s a published author of short stories, and is in contract development on a book series for middle grade readers. Her screenplays include romantic-comedies, feature animation, feature family, and an animated television series for preschoolers. She loves going to film festivals. She’s achieved finalist rank in several screenplays contests, including Screenwriters Expo.

Bio:  Tom Dunn is a writer and business communication professional from Madison, WI. A long-time member of the WSF, Tom is committed to helping make the group an important catalyst for aspiring and seasoned writers to see their dreams come true.

Rob Dippel

Bio:  Rob has spent 30 years in the non-profit arts sector, initially as a Director, followed by over 15 years in historic theatre restoration, operation, and preservation.  He began his first screenplay five years ago and has since completed a pilot for an original television drama, a short script, and a second feature thanks to the WSF One Script One Year challenge.  Rob is honored to be a part of the Wisconsin Screenwriters Forum and has  grown tremendously from the experience and contacts.  He looks forward to expanding awareness of the organization to reach and support aspiring and seasoned screenwriters from all corners of the state.

Bio:  A native of Canada, but currently living in Wisconsin with her husband.  She’s a marketing professional, loves movies, but admits that she’s not a screenwriter.  She handles much of the administrative duties for the various WSF events, meetings, and contests.
